Rosemary Carroll is an award-winning artist, illustrator, photographer, and instructor who specializes in elegant and expressive watercolor paintings. Rosemary is located in Bethany Beach, DE and is inspired by the spectacular views of the sea, creatures of nature, and the light within each of us.
She proudly shares her love of watercolors as a workshop instructor and is known as a voice of encouragement and inspiration to aspiring artists and professionals alike.
